We will also want to understand equipment access, the work area, material handling, and any follow-up phase so the written scope reflects this property rather than a general service description.

Before we review the site, decide which result matters most right now. Reclaiming an overgrown edge, preparing a future lot, opening a trail, improving access, and shaping a work area are different requests, even when they are on the same parcel. Tell us your priority, and ask us to state any related phase separately in the estimate. We provide a broad service list, but that does not mean every property needs every service. The scope should help you understand the current phase, its price and deposit, what you need to prepare before we arrive, what we will handle, and what remains for maintenance or later work. Before approval, compare the stated work area and expected handoff with your highest-priority property goal. If access to the work area crosses ground that is not part of the requested improvement, we should discuss how we will use that route and what condition you expect afterward. We include that access planning in the scope even when access is not the main project goal.
