Each included task should support the next one, so tell us the immediate need and later use separately. That gives us a clearer basis for the site review and gives you a practical way to compare our written proposal with your other plans. We use the written handoff so you and any later contractor share the same description of what our phase completed. Before accepting the proposal, review the exclusions with the included work.
